Tesco have leased our community pub, the Golden Harp, from Enterprise Inns.  They do not have to apply for change of use, only permission to make minor alterations to the exterior of the building.  I think we the locals are doing everything we can to oppose them, and have our ward Councillors on our side, but we are nonetheless very worried about the outcome.
