In Melksham over 2,000 people have signed a petition to boycott store when it opens after the supermarket chain cut down around 400 trees.

Plans for Marsh Farm include a Tesco supermarket, around 300 homes and other community facilities at Marsh Farm. A planning application will be submitted in spring 2014.
